What carrier will be used to ship my item?
All items are shipped insured via the USPS Priority Mail.

Was my item shipped/ When was my item shipped?
All items are shipped within 3 business days. Upon completion of packaging and shipment, we send an "Item Shipped" email. If you have not received such an email then your item has not been shipped yet and is still being processed. If you have made payment using a money order or cashiers check, your payment must be received and cleared before your item can ship.

Do you have a newsletter?
Yes, we do. Our monthly newsletter offers decorating tips and exclusive discounts to our subscribers only. Please send an e-mail to homedecorgallery@comcast.net and put "Newsletter Subscription" in the subject.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, and e-Check through Paypal. We also accept money orders and cashier's checks. Payment is expected within 5 days.

What About Refunds & Returns?
Your complete satisfaction is important to us. Our products are inspected and carefully packaged before shipping, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 15 days from receipt of the item(s). Please contact us prior to returning the product. Returned item(s) must be in its' original condition and packaging. We will refund purchase price only. Original shipping is non-refundable. We will refund purchase price within 5 business days from receipt of returned merchandise

Where is my item?
As much as we would love to answer this question, once the item has left our premises it is in the hands of the USPS (United States Post Office). If you have received an "Item Shipped" email then it is on it's way.

May I pick up my item in person?
Unfortunately no. We currently do not have a brick and mortar store location.

What should I expect once I place an online order?
Once you submit your order, we will e-mail you confirming that we have received your order. We will send you another e-mail once your payment is received. Then we will send a final e-mail notifying you that your order has been shipped.

Do you have an online store or retail store?
While we don't have a retail store, we do have a larger selection on our website at www.homedecorgalleryandmore.com. Home Decor Gallery does not have a brick and mortar store location.
